An exceptional setting facing Lac Daumesnil
Nestled at the edge of the Bois de Vincennes—where the 12th arrondissement of Paris, Porte Dorée, and Saint-Mandé meet—Monument Café Paris Daumesnil welcomes you to a bright, leafy setting. Bathed in natural light thanks to its large picture windows, the dining room offers a stunning view of Lac Daumesnil. Just steps away from the Paris Zoo, this unique venue blends nature, heritage, and gastronomy, creating a one-of-a-kind experience whether you are visiting with family, friends, or colleagues. The establishment is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
All-you-can-eat brunch on weekends and public holidays
Every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday, Monument Café Paris Daumesnil opens its doors for an all-you-can-eat brunch. Refined verrines, hearty mini-casseroles, homemade pastries, and seasonal produce make up a gourmet buffet to be enjoyed overlooking the lake. The concept—shared by all Monument Café restaurants—celebrates traditional French cuisine using fresh, local ingredients. It is the perfect occasion to share a meal with family or friends in a lush, peaceful setting.
Group lunch at Daumesnil: by reservation for parties of 10 or more.
Monument Café Paris Daumesnil welcomes groups of 10 or more—by reservation—on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Whether for a family lunch, a group outing, a team meal, or a special celebration, our team tailors the experience to your needs. Enjoy an exceptional setting overlooking the lake and right next to the Paris Zoo, combining a convivial meal with an outdoor stroll.
Private venue in Daumesnil for your receptions and seminars
The Monument Café Daumesnil venue is fully adaptable and can accommodate between 20 and 120 guests, depending on the layout: standing cocktail reception, buffet dinner, seated meal (at round tables or in a U-shape), or theater-style seating for seminars. The space is equipped with a video projector, screen, sound system, and microphone. We partner with florists and have our own in-house artistic director to style your event. Turnkey packages are available, including exclusive access to the Paris Zoo. Book the Daumesnil restaurant for a private event today and receive a personalized quote.
